Really works well...

This is a great workout timer. Plenty of control to get the exact setup desired. Its the iOS equivalent and 1-up of the GymBoss I used for years. Tabata is better.

The app interface is very clean and easy to use.

I downloaded a dozen timers. This is the one I bought and it was the right decision.
